Q: Are these the same products I get from my local computer or electronics store?
A: Yes. Our quotes are provided based on manufacturer and model numbers you provide, unless otherwise noted. Ex: you need a 6' USB cable. We will assume you would like the most economical one available, regardless of manufacturer.
Q: What about manufacturer rebates?
A: If you are aware of a manufacturer's rebate when requesting a quote, please include that info so we may check it out. The products we provide to you are eligible for manufacturer's rebates, except as noted by the manufacturers.
Q: What about payment?
A: We prefer credit card or EFT payments via PayPal. We will also accept checks, money orders and cashiers checks . Payment terms will be arranged with you on an order by order basis.
Q: How are products shipped?
A: Products are shipped from our distributors to you. We will inform you in your quote how much the shipping charge is and the approximate delivery time.
Q: Can I contact you by telephone?
A: If you would like to contact us by telephone, please request our number via the quote form.
Q: Do you always have the lowest prices?
A: No. Our prices are very competitive, but on certain items we cannot compete with some larger vendors. Certain items are very low margin, while others, like cables, have huge mark-ups. Please let us give you a quote on your item(s), even if you have shopped around. You may be purchasing a high margin product and a low margin product in the same order, giving us the opportunity to save you even more.
