Spybot's Immunization Feature...

This is a very handy feature if you just can't give up Internet Explorer. Enabling these security options will help keep Internet Explorer, and you, on the straight and narrow. There is a bit of descriptive text here to tell you what enabling each immunization does.

Pretty simple here: just click on the 'Immunize' button (top circle), then select how you want pages blocked (bottom circle) and click 'Install'. You have now 'Immunized' Internet Explorer. You may also see the options to lock your hosts file, start page and control panel. I would recommend locking your hosts file, at the minimum. The other two options are mostly for keeping other users from changing settings.
