Fees

Your site is unique! As such, there is no set fee for a given site. No two sites are alike and our fees change for each site.

Our initial consultation with you is free and can be made via telephone, e-mail or in person. The next step is a written estimate based on the information from the initial consultation. It will be presented to you in as timely a fashion as possible (usually 5 to 7 days). This time frame will be discussed during the initial consultation. Small sites will receive an estimate sooner than very large sites. The estimate will be delivered to you through e-mail or the USPS, or both, as you choose.
Our goal is to work with you to develop a site you can be proud of - within your budget.

Some questions asked during the Initial Consultation, or 'What We Need to Know'

Once you approve the written estimate, work will begin on your site. Also at this time, 1/3 of the quoted estimate will be due. The next 1/3, plus any additions, will be due upon approval of the site layout and graphic design. The remainder will be due at completion of the site. After the final payment has been made, we will upload the final files to the server.

Billing: We will send work invoices by e-mail or USPS, at your discretion.

Payment: Payment via check or online using PayPal. PayPal is a secure service which allows us to accept credit and debit cards, or electronic transfer from your checking or savings account. Best of all, PayPal is free and convenient for you to use!
